Job summary

Jobot partners with a respected healthcare-focused educational institution to expand its Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. We seek an experienced Sonography Instructor with OB/GYN and vascular expertise to mentor the next generation of ultrasound professionals.

This 100% on-site, direct-hire role offers a stable, long‑term career path and a competitive salary. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, no weekends, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in Diagnostic Medical Sonography with OB/GYN and vascular focus.
• Proven ability to teach, mentor, and support students.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate within an academic environment.
• Commitment to student success and educational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom, laboratory, and online instruction in sonography coursework.
• Teach OB/GYN and vascular sonography curricula.
• Prepare lesson plans, educational materials, and student evaluations.
• Support student success through mentoring, advising, tutoring, and academic coaching.
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Participate in program meetings, committees, recruitment activities, and special projects.
• Maintain current knowledge of sonography practices, imaging technology, and educational methodologies.
• Assist with accreditation standards, assessment activities, and program outcomes measurement.
• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
