Lettuce-Entertain-You’s Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Sommelier to manage wine service and lead wine program development at the Paris Hotel location. The role emphasizes guest-focused service, wine education, and collaboration with culinary teams to enhance dining experiences.

The candidate should hold a current Sommelier certification, demonstrate strong wine knowledge, and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends in a high-end, high-volume setting.

• Sommelier certification required.

• Ability to work varied hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Order and sell wine for the restaurant.
• Greet guests with a warm, sincere smile.
• Develop the wine menu for the restaurant.
• Coordinate all ordering of wine for the restaurant.
• Maintain professional relationships with purveyors and ensure integrity of wine orders.
• Provide wine education and training for staff and update materials.
• Attend wine seminars and lead Wine Runner duties.
• Follow wine service procedures and assist staff with wine service.
