Job Summary

The Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in helping advertisers succeed on the Universal Ads platform by bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and client needs. As a customer-facing technical expert, you will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design, implement, and support API-driven solutions that drive measurable results. This role requires a blend of technical depth, platform knowledge, and client empathy – ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and building scalable systems that deliver real business value. You’ll be instrumental in onboarding new advertisers, supporting advanced use cases, and influencing product direction through real-world feedback and insights.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering, to design and implement scalable advertising solutions that meet partner goals and align with platform capabilities.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Universal Ads marketing API.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into product features, and API capabilities.
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify issues and inefficiencies across advertiser workflows and collaborate on scalable solutions.
• Serve as a technical expert during pre-sales and onboarding, helping clients integrate with platform APIs, implement pixels/tags, and set up data feeds.

Salary:

National Pay Range: $76,831.07 USD-$180,072.83 USD

Additional Range: This job can be performed in California with a Pay Range of $96,038.84 - $165,667.00
