Peraton is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to drive architecture for the HADES program at the RDT&E Complex, Kirtland AFB, NM. You will lead end-to-end solutions for satellite ground systems, mission operations, and enterprise services, shaping next-generation space capabilities.

You will translate operational needs into scalable architectures, collaborating with gov't stakeholders, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and software teams to ensure feasible, secure designs that meet mission

Qualifications

• Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• 12+ years of experience or 10 years with a Masters or 7 years with a PhD.
• Experience delivering technical solutions for enterprise/cloud/hybrid environments.
• Experience coordinating with Government customers on complex engineering problems.
• Strong DoD acquisition, contracting, budgeting, and review process knowledge.
• Clear ability to communicate with engineers and Government stakeholders.
• Relevant architecture or cloud certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end technical solutions for satellite ground systems and mission operations.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, cybersecurity, software, and infra teams.
• Evaluate architectures and propose modernization across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Define integration approaches for new capabilities across systems and interfaces.
• Support architecture reviews, technical interchange meetings, and design reviews.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose mitigation strategies.
• Incorporate Zero Trust and DoD security practices into designs.
• Develop architecture documentation, CONOPS, and engineering artifacts.
• Provide technical guidance through implementation to meet objectives.
