UDC is seeking a full-time Solution Architect with Esri Utility Network experience to lead complex utility projects in the United States. You will provide technical leadership, design enterprise architectures, and develop high-level specifications for large utilities, while mentoring engineers and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.

Travel may reach up to 50% depending on client and project requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8-14 years of work experience in support of related utility consulting or large-scale process/technology projects.
• Esri Utility Network experience is required.
• Ability to manage architectural specifications, use-case development, requirements gathering, specification and validation.
• Experience with Asset and Work Management Systems, ArcGIS – Geometric Network Management/ ArcGIS – Pipeline Referencing, and Integrity Management Software (DIMP or TIMP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide technical direction for software development teams and quality assurance.
• Ability to maintain programmatic and technical documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Understanding of general utility business processes.
• Electric or gas distribution industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall technical leadership for a systems implementation and integration project.
• Manage all technical deliverables for the program, including architectural specifications, use-case development, requirements gathering, specification, and validation.
• Provide technical direction for software development teams and quality assurance personnel.
• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
• Manage and document system configurations and relevant architectural views.
• Ensure deliverables are thoroughly tested and meet customer expectations.
• Serve as a mentor to senior and entry-level engineers.
