Save the Children is seeking a Managing Director, Solution Architect to lead the U.S. Solution Architecture team and drive major platform migrations, including Salesforce and Oracle, within the BTS portfolio.

You will partner with senior leaders to align global platforms with U.S. fundraising and finance needs while protecting mission-critical CRM capabilities, guiding cross-functional teams, and shaping enterprise architecture strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise/solution architecture.
• Experience leading large-scale CRM/ERP transformations.
• Ability to influence across global organizations and communicate complex decisions clearly.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture transformation initiatives (Salesforce, Oracle) across US and global teams.
• Govern architecture decisions, ensure governance and secure, scalable solutions.
• Mentor and develop a diverse architecture team within BTS.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align technology roadmaps with fundraising and finance needs.
