Job summary

Save the Children is seeking a Managing Director, Solution Architect to lead the U.S. Solution Architecture team and guide major transformations from Salesforce to Oracle within BTS. You’ll align global platforms with U.S. fundraising and finance needs while safeguarding critical services.

Based in hybrid locations such as Fairfield, CT, you will partner with the Head of User Experience and Architecture to mature architecture practices, develop the team, and deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 10 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of relevant enterprise architecture and leadership experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale CRM/ERP transformations (Salesforce, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Establish architecture standards and governance across BTS.
• Lead enterprise architecture for Salesforce and Oracle transformations.
• Define future-state architectures and migration roadmaps.
• Coordinate design decisions and delivery across U.S. and global teams.
• Manage the U.S. Salesforce relationship and licensing strategy.
• Partner with UX, DevOps, data, and security leaders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Present recommendations to business and executive stakeholders.
