Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in enterprise and solution architecture; governance, current-state assessment, future-state design, and tech roadmaps.
• Technical leadership of large-scale CRM, ERP, financial management or similar transformations.

Responsibilities

• Establish architecture standards, governance, and agile practices across BTS.
• Lead enterprise architecture for Salesforce CRM and Oracle financial platforms.
• Define future-state architecture and migration roadmaps aligning with US fundraising and finance needs.
• Coordinate design decisions and resources across US and global teams.
• Govern major technical decisions and resolve data/CRM risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with UX, DevOps, data, security, and operations leaders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage the US Salesforce relationship, licensing strategy, and product evaluation.
