RealmOne Growth seeks a Lead Solution Architect to lead and mature our architecture practice, aligning AI/ML, CNO, SIGINT, and software development into comprehensive mission solutions for Government and DoW programs. The role spans Growth, Foundry, and Delivery to drive new revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and 15+ years of relevant government-focused technical leadership experience, with a proven track record in strategic proposals and complex solutions.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, AI or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant technical experience supporting Government or DoW missions.
• Experience as a Solution Architect or senior technical leader (Chief Engineer / Lead Systems Engineer).
• Technical experience across AI/ML, Cyber Network Operations, SIGINT, and Software Development.

Job Description

RealmOne is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to lead and mature our solution architecture practice and leverage technology as a strategic growth engine. This individual will work across markets in Growth, Foundry, and Delivery to develop differentiated technical solutions, improve probability of win, drive IR&D investments, and create new revenue opportunities across the Government and Department of War.

Capabilities

The Lead Solution Architect shall possess the following capabilities:

• Lead and mature RealmOne’s solution architecture practice, establishing standards, reusable architectures, and technical support for strategic captures and proposals.
• Develop differentiated technical solutions and architectures that strengthen competitive positioning, improve P-win, and drive new business growth.
• Lead technical solution development for strategic proposals, including technical approaches, discriminators, solution reviews, and technical proposal content.
• Partner with Growth and Foundry to align IR&D investments with customer mission needs, emerging technologies, and revenue opportunities.
• Translate customer mission challenges into prototypes, reusable capabilities, and operational solutions that can transition into funded programs.
• Develop a sole-source and technology-insertion pipeline through customer engagement, rapid prototyping, demonstrations, and non-traditional acquisition pathways.
• Integrate RealmOne capabilities across AI/ML, CNO, SIGINT, software development, and systems engineering into comprehensive mission solutions.
• Mentor technical SMEs and solution architects while building strategic technology partnerships that strengthen RealmOne’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related science and technology field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant technical experience supporting Government or Department of War missions.
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect, Chief Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, or equivalent senior technical leader.
• Technical experience across AI/ML, Cyber Network Operations, SIGINT, and Software Development, with demonstrated expertise in complex mission systems.
• Demonstrated experience developing technical solutions and leading technical proposal efforts for competitive Government or DoW procurements.

Strong systems engineering background with experience developing architectures and integrating complex technologies.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience leading a solution architecture team or corporate technical solution practice.
• Experience directing IR&D investments and transitioning prototypes into operational programs or revenue-producing capabilities.
• Experience developing sole-source opportunities, technology-insertion strategies, and non-traditional Government acquisition approaches.
• Established customer relationships across NSA, USCYBERCOM, DIA, SOCOM, or other national security organizations.
• Demonstrated success developing technical solutions that contributed to major competitive contract wins.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Pay Range: 225,000 - 325,000
