Qualifications
- Experience designing validation for molecular assays and regulated studies.
- Hands-on molecular biology lab skills with independent task execution.
- Experience with solid tumor samples and NGS methods.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design and run solid tumor assay development and validation studies.
- Perform nucleic acid extraction and NGS library prep as needed.
- Troubleshoot assays and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
- Train staff on methods and maintain lab instrumentation and logs.
- Draft validation protocols, reports, and study documents.
