Job summary

Strata Clean Energy, a leading developer, EPC, and service provider for utility-scale solar and storage, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead pre-construction and turnkey execution for mid- to late-stage projects. You will own pre-construction tasks, coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, and drive design reviews and RFPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or PMP, or equivalent in construction/engineering.
• 5+ years construction/power industry experience with 3+ years in solar/storage development or pre-construction.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale solar and storage development process.
• Knowledge of EPC pricing, interconnection, and permitting.
• Ability to manage project teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent Owner's interests with stakeholders on-site and off-site.
• Own pre-construction and budget responsibility for projects.
• Assist commercial and legal teams with EPC, equipment, O&M, and asset management contracts.
• Coordinate contract administration, risk mitigation, and construction-period closeout of key contracts.
• Lead EPC RFPs, price reviews, and bid evaluations.
• Support hiring of project staff and continuous improvement initiatives.
