Job summary

Strata Clean Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead pre-construction and turnkey execution for utility-scale solar, PV+BESS hybrid, and standalone storage projects in the United States. This role oversees scope development, design reviews, RFP administration, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects progress on time and budget.

The candidate will bring strong pre-construction and execution experience, with a track record in EPC or Owner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PMP or equivalent in construction/engineering.
• 5+ years construction/power industry experience, including solar/storage pre-construction.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale solar and storage development processes.

Responsibilities

• Onsite and offsite representation of Owner's interests with stakeholders.
• Project P&L / budget responsibility for pre-construction and construction.
• Assist commercial and legal teams with EPC, equipment, O&M, and asset management contracts.
• Coordinate with development, asset management, power marketing, financing, and other teams.
• Track, manage, and report project risks and KPIs.
• Lead EPC/ O&M contract activities and pricing reviews.
• Support hiring and onboarding of project staff as needed.
