Moss is seeking a Solar Project Manager to lead on-site construction activities across multi-state projects (Louisiana, Colorado, Georgia) with high travel requirements. You will coordinate with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality, schedule and budgets within GMP or Lump Sum frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Manages preconstruction services by reviewing Owner's expectations/criteria, manages entire preconstruction process through to GMP or Lump Sum contract.
• Negotiates owner contract, coordinates with design team and owner, establishes programs to comply with small/minority business goals, and reviews design documents.
• Identifies key subcontractors, promotes/participates in partnering sessions, investigates site, identifies long-lead items.
• Develops bid packages, schedules, and creates site utilization plan, conducts pre-bid conferences, identifies staffing requirements, and provides value engineering ideas.
• Manages project financials by development of a GMP or Lump Sum contract and maintains knowledge of jobsite expenditures.
• Analyzes financial ability of subcontractors to perform, prepares revenue projections and manages cash flow.
• Develops and maintains financial reports, and sets up schedule of values, prepares and processes monthly owners requisitions.
• Manages change order process, assists in loss-control management, administers owner purchase program and enforces bonding/insurance policies.
• Prepares and distributes detailed project schedules, resource loaded schedules, and look-ahead schedules.
• Recruits jobsite staff, enforces company policy, provides professional development, conducts evaluations, and promotes morale.
