Mortenson Construction seeks a Solar Electrical Foreman to lead a skilled electrical crew in the Jacksonville area. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems while ensuring safety and adherence to codes.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of electrical experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a trade/technical certification. Valid driver’s license is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related electrical experience.
• Trade or technical school certification/diploma.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to read plans.
• English speaking ability; conversational Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring and components.
• Study plans, drawings, specs, and work orders to determine work sequence.
• Lead and coach electrical team; manage performance.
• Read prints and lay out and install service.
• Maintain electrical systems through tests and preventive maintenance.
• Order supplies and keep worksite safe and compliant with codes.
