Job summary

Citadel Roofing and Solar in NorCal is seeking a Crew Lead to manage solar pre-wire and installation projects. You will ensure material accuracy, enforce safety standards, and lead a field crew to complete installations on time.

Daily duties include coordinating with the superintendent, documenting field activity with photos, maintaining truck stock, and submitting timecards and safety paperwork weekly. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and adherence to company

Qualifications

• Inspect fall gear and other PPE on a daily/weekly basis.
• Enforce Citadel installation and safety practices.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew to perform solar pre-wire and installation.
• Ensure all material from warehouse is correct and quantities meet installation needs.
• Enforce Citadel Safety and Installation Standards on site.
• Provide 100% of required photos for each installation daily.
• Maintain truck stock levels (mid/max).
• Communicate with Citadel Superintendent every morning and afternoon.
• Notify and confirm installation plans if layout differs and supply as-built drawings same day.
• Submit weekly timecards and safety documents for the crew.
• Maintain and wash company vehicle interior and exterior weekly.
