Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Lead Software Test & Verification Engineer to join the Phantom Works Software Team. Lead a group of verification engineers, design test plans and automate testing for state-of-the-art defense software in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in Agile software development, Python, and test frameworks like GoogleTest, with strong DevSecOps/CI/CD experience. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
5+ years of experience in an Agile software development environment.
5+ years of Python development experience.
5+ years of experience with software testing frameworks such as GoogleTest.
5+ years of experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD tools and execution.

Responsibilities

Lead a group of software verification engineers responsible for design, development, and completion of test and verification of software products to ensure quality, reliability, and functionality.
Design test plans, cases, and scenarios to meet software requirements and specifications.
Execute test cases and scenarios to verify functionality, performance, and safety of software systems, identifying and reporting defects and vulnerabilities.
Provide test results and feedback to resolve defects and improve software design.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
