Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5–10 years of systems engineering experience with emphasis on requirements engineering.
• Experience with MBSE/DE tools and DOORs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule and participate in requirements assessments and flow-downs.
• Lead analyses, allocate requirements, and support test design and verification.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive risk mitigation across programs.
• Develop use cases/CONOPS and ensure traceability through life-cycle.
