Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, is seeking a Software Integration and Simulation Lead to own the software and simulation platforms for a flight program. You will decompose requirements with Systems and Mission Engineering, design test platforms, and verify flight software across bus/payload, ground, GNC, and autonomy domains.

The role is 100% onsite, collaborating with chief engineers and program management to ensure solutions meet mission needs. An active U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Direct experience with system-level satellite software integration and test.
• Experience with simulation platforms (HIL/SIL/emulators).
• Experience with Autonomy, GNC, Mission Operations or related software.

Responsibilities

• Technical ownership of software integration and simulation environments across the program.
• Primary technical POC for HIL-related functionality and inquiries.
• Decompose requirements into detailed test plans and procedures.
• Develop and release a Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM).
• Drive software test execution, data post-processing, and sell-off of requirements.
• Ensure simulation platforms have necessary fidelity for testing.
