Job Summary As a Software Integration and Simulation Lead, you will have technical ownership over all software and simulation platforms for one of Millennium's flight programs. You will drive technical execution to ensure that software at the system level is integrated and qualified for flight. System level software includes (but is not limited to) bus/payload flight software, ground software, vendor-provided software, Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC), Autonomy, and mission operations products. The position will require direct hands on technical work (e.g. designing test platforms and test case execution), as well as oversight of software development and test across the program. The Software Integration and Simulation Lead will partner with Systems and Mission Engineering to decompose requirements and Design Reference Missions (DRM) into test plans/procedures, and in parallel lead the development of simulation platforms on which these procedures are run to verify/qualify the system software. You will work closely with chief engineers and program management to ensure solutions meet needs at the program and mission level.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.

Summary Pay Range: Level 3: $124,100 - $182,500 Level 4: $153,000 - $225,000
