Amazon is seeking a Software Development Manager for the BDT Cradle initiative in Detroit. You will lead a team building scalable data lake components, collaborating with data engineers and analysts, and aligning with product management on architecture and strategy.

Qualifications

3+ years of engineering team management experience.
7+ years of working directly within engineering teams.
3+ years of designing or architecting scalable systems.
8+ years of leading the development of multi‑tier web services.
Experience with full software development lifecycle practices.
Experience partnering with product/program management teams.
