Job summary

Converteo is seeking a Manager, AI Consulting (Pharma & Life Sciences) to bridge senior strategy mandates with practical agentic AI deployments across US pharma and biotech ecosystems. You will lead end-to-end client engagements, articulate AI architectures to non-technical leaders, and help scale Converteo's US footprint.

The role demands 6–10 years in strategy consulting or data advisory within Pharma/Life Sciences, strong communication, and fluency in data, analytics, ML, and cloud platforms

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of strategy consulting or data/digital advisory with a Pharma/Life Sciences focus.
• US work authorization required.
• Strong communication and boardroom-ready presentation skills.
• Fluency in data pipelines, analytics, ML concepts, and enterprise cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements and governance design.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and high-quality deliverables.
• Translate complex AI concepts for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Help grow the US market footprint and mentor teammates.
