You will design and implement applications using IBMi RPG/RPGLE, Python, GoLang, .NET, and related tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead discussions. The position includes on-call responsibilities and a focus on security and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading technical projects from inception to completion.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure and system architecture.
• Ability to lead technical projects with focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using various languages and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Implement best practices in software development methodologies through source control and automated pipelines.
• Ensure security and scalability of software applications by RBAC principles.
• Maintain and enhance existing software systems while optimizing performance.
• Demonstrate ownership of high availability systems and support on-call rotation.
