Job summary

Oceus Networks in The Colony, TX is seeking Senior, Lead, and Senior Principal Solutions Architects to design end-to-end solutions. Candidates will load software, configure, integrate, verify, and troubleshoot systems in lab or customer sites using Oceus products and third-party packages.

Hiring tiers are determined by experience, leadership scope, and technical capability. Local on-site work with 5–10% travel and a current or obtainable secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

Current secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications or related field
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Experience with cloud platforms and multi-tier architectures

Responsibilities

Lead solution design by developing architectural blueprints and end-to-end approaches
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data flows
Provide structured mentorship to engineers and implementation teams
Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams for cohesive solutions
Present architectural decisions and trade-offs to internal stakeholders
