You will work with 1–2 clients per year on a range of technologies, balancing delivery with scalable design and collaboration. The role emphasizes mentorship, stakeholder communication, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading consulting engagements from discovery to production
• Built high-quality, maintainable software collaboratively and incrementally
• Experience integrating AI/ML-powered features into products or systems
• Led teams and communicated with stakeholders to balance technical and product needs

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and software design discussions
• Collaborate on ML lifecycle systems from data to deployment and monitoring
• Mentor teammates and run internal or client workshops
• Manage high-level project roadmaps for large engagements
• Maintain client relationships and provide status updates
• Identify and mitigate blockers to team progress
