Job summary
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer within the Test Integration and Implementation Payments Technology Team in the Corporate & Investment Bank line of business.
You will lead a seasoned agile team to design, deliver trusted technology products in a secure, scalable manner and support the firm’s business objectives. Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on system design, development, testing and operational stability.
- Proficient coding in Java and/or Python.
- Experience with large-scale environments on premises and in public cloud (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Experience with monitoring tools: Geneos, Dynatrace, Datadog.
- Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports and alerts.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira Service Desk.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methods (CI/CD).
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and governance for AI usage.
Responsibilities
- Lead software solutions, design, development and troubleshooting.
- Improve reliability and stability using data-driven analytics.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex apps.
- Analyze large data sets to inform continuous improvement.
- Identify hidden problems and improve coding hygiene and architecture.
- Contribute to AI-assisted tooling and governance across teams.
