CoStar Group, a leading real estate information provider, seeks a Debt Solutions - Lead Software Engineer to drive full-lifecycle development of analytics products in a hybrid San Diego setting. You’ll own design, build and deploy data-centric applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advance AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows (GitHub Copilot or Claude Code).
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
• Deep knowledge of server-side languages and frameworks: C#, .NET Framework, Web API, Node.
• Knowledge of front-end languages and frameworks: JavaScript, React.
• Expertise with SQL Server.
• Experience with software development best practices: reviews, source control, builds, testing, operations.
• Experience with Source Control, e.g., Git or TFS.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable data-intensive applications.
• Own your work from development to production deployment and support.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, designers, and leadership for architectures and implementations.
• Contribute to technical architecture and code quality.
• Promote evolution and improvements, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Develop deep understanding of CoStar's analytic products.
