PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer Lead in its SRC to guide a team supporting critical retail banking applications. Based at one of the IT hubs, you will drive technical design, problem resolution and mentorship, blending Mainframe, OpenShift, Hogan and Dynatrace expertise with Linux and database skills.

You will coordinate on-call coverage, align with risk management, and contribute to a high-performance, in-office culture across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in software engineering.
• Experience leading technical design and development of software solutions.
• Strong background in site reliability engineering and modern tooling.

Responsabilités

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
