Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer Lead within its Site Reliability Center to guide a team supporting critical retail banking applications. The role is based in one of PNC's IT hubs and requires strong leadership, initiative, and project management skills.

The candidate will work with Mainframe, OpenShift, Hogan, Dynatrace, and Linux, with Windows Server, Oracle, SQL, and MongoDB as pluses. On-call support is required for after-hours incidents.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of software design and delivery life cycles.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and technical leadership skills are required.
