Revolutional in McLean, VA is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer (.NET) to lead the software development lifecycle, architect solutions, and deliver web applications using C#, .NET, SQL, and the Azure stack.

The role includes mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with product and architecture teams, and building secure CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps while applying modern front-end technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 7+ years in .NET development.
• Experience leading software development from conception to deployment.
• Strong skills in C#, .NET, SQL, and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for the development team and drive design decisions.
• Partner with architects and project leadership to translate requirements into solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET stack.
• Understand database design and support migration and optimization.
• Build web apps using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and TypeScript.
• Create and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot across applications, databases, and server tiers.
• Implement unit testing with NUnit, MSTest, or similar.
• Collaborate with Agile teams in sprint planning and ceremonies.
• Mentor and guide junior resources on the team.
