Qualifications

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture and cloud/AWS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with non-routine approaches.
Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operators' outcomes.
Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to leverage AI-assisted development and automation.
Identifies opportunities to automate remediation and improve stability.
Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and designs.
