Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Regional Lead Software Engineer III for Pricing & Quoting Technology to oversee design, governance, and delivery of a global equity derivatives pricing platform. You’ll lead architecture, RFQ workflow integration, and regional alignment with global strategy.

The role emphasizes cross-language REST-based n-tier design, agile practices, mentoring, and collaboration with senior developers across streams to scale complex product sets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of applicable technology experience.
• Proficient in Java or C# with full stack experience; familiarity with the other is a bonus.
• SQL – Oracle preferred.
• Unix knowledge.
• Proficient in writing unit, integration and acceptance tests.
• Comfortable in an agile working environment.
• Self-starter and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Code solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per acceptance criteria and compliance.
• Design, develop, and modify architecture components, interfaces, and solution enablers.
• Mentor other engineers and coach CI-CD practices.
