Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software/quality engineering with 5+ years of applied testing experience.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability.
• Proficient in Java, BDD (Cucumber), SQL, REST APIs, and Jira.
• Hands-on in UI automation (Playwright/Selenium) and API testing with stable test suites.
• Familiar with FiTest+ and other enterprise testing harnesses.
• Experience building an agentic testing ecosystem with deterministic data and auditability.
• Knowledge of release readiness and governance in CD environments.
• Strong collaboration across Product/Engineering/Operations.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with validated outputs.
• Understanding responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
• Experience connecting LLM agents to tools via MCP servers/clients.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and troubleshoots complex problems.
• Leads enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices and enforces secure coding and automated testing standards.
• Improves automation value through SDLC tools and AI capabilities.
• Defines journey quality strategies and risk-based acceptance criteria for IAM journeys.
• Designs living journey maps and tunes regression and performance testing.
• Builds contract tests, stubs, and integration suites to validate partner behavior.
• Reduces test flakiness by improving determinism and stability patterns.
• Leads defect reproduction, triage, fix validation, and preventive feedback.
• Provides executive-ready journey health reports with evidence-based releases.
• Fosters communities of practice and promotes diversity and inclusion.
