Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of software development experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Analyze current business processes to create technical requirements for assigned processes, tasks, and workflows.
• Develop solutions from technical specifications including both manual and automated unit testing where needed.
• Collaborate across multiple teams, both on and offshore, to develop financial banking solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and support their growth.
• Support all phases of the development lifecycle including deployments and audits.
