Job summary

ARCHER seeks a Lead Software Engineer to drive technical delivery on an agile team, delivering secure, scalable backend services and modern web applications. You will mentor developers and promote responsible AI-assisted engineering practices.

You will collaborate with architects, wealth managers, designers, and global teams, communicating complex solutions to users and stakeholders while upholding enterprise security standards.

Qualifications

Five+ years of applied software engineering experience.
Eight+ years of Java development with Spring, React, TypeScript, SQL.
Experience with microservices, CI/CD, and AWS.
Leadership in enterprise-approved AI-assisted development and validation of AI outputs.

Responsibilities
