The role requires strong software engineering background, experience with AWS services, and deep knowledge of trading-related workflows, with a focus on reliability and security in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, development, testing, and stability.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages with strong coding skills.
• Experience in Macro or FICC trading systems and related operations.
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tool adoption with quality validation.
• Knowledge of responsible AI use and secure handling of data inputs/outputs.
• Understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and troubleshoots complex problems.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers' code.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Applies SDLC tools to enhance automation and value delivery.
• Identifies and automates recurring remediation to improve stability.
• Leads vendor and internal sessions evaluating architecture and credentials.
