Job summary
PNC is seeking a Software Engineer Lead in the Asset Management Group. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product owners and QA, and drive CI/CD and Agile practices to improve quality and delivery.
The role is based in multiple U.S. locations including Pittsburgh, Dallas, Birmingham, and Cleveland, with emphasis on building modern, reliable
Qualifications
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based solutions.
- Develop and support RESTful APIs and distributed services with best practices for design and integration.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to software engineers.
Responsibilities
- Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Propose and design software to meet complex business needs with proper documentation.
- Guide problem resolution and share knowledge with teammates.
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines and automated testing are adopted to improve quality and delivery.
