Qualifications

• 7+ years of full‑stack software development experience with design patterns and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health and quality of existing features and AI-powered features.
• Lead sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
• Own release cycles and coordinate demonstrations.
• Collaborate with product management, data science, and other engineering teams to define features and priorities.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive a collaborative team culture.
• Contribute high-quality code, optimize algorithms, and ensure high availability.
