Everforth Apex is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Columbus, Ohio to join the enterprise AI initiative. You will design and develop multi-agent orchestration platforms and intelligent automation solutions, blending software engineering with Generative AI to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years developing enterprise web applications.
- 2+ years building Generative AI applications.
- 5+ years designing scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
- Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
- Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
- Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
