• SDLC proficiency across planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Advanced agile knowledge: CI/CD, resiliency, security.
• Experience with cloud native architectures and ML/AI familiarity.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services IT systems.
• Experience with containerized apps (K8s/EKS) and cloud-native tooling.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews others' code.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation for stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture.
• Leads communities of practice to promote new technologies.
