Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.

• Advanced in one or more programming languages.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with governance and security in mind.
• Practical cloud-native experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance to support the business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code; reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams with measurable validation standards for security and quality.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve value realized by automation.
• Drives decisions influencing product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
• Acts as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus.
