Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering system design and development.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages.
• Experience leading use of enterprise AI-assisted development tools with code review, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and security.
• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently.
• Practical cloud native experience.
