Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Advanced in modern front-end development with React JS and UI best practices.
• Hands-on experience modernizing front-end apps, CI/CD tooling, and automation scripting.
• Advanced in Java or Python programming languages.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with secure, auditable outputs.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use and secure coding standards.
• Proficient in SDLC and agile practices including CI/CD and security.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services IT systems and cloud-native experience.
