Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Advanced in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or Go.
• Practical cloud-native experience with AWS and IaC (Terraform).
• Experience shaping CI/CD pipelines, automation, and scalable architectures.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure production code and review others' code for quality and security.
• Drive enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices and testing strategies.
• Automate cloud deployments, infrastructure as code, and compliance checks.
• Design and implement scalable cloud architectures and end-to-end automation.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to communities of practice in software engineering.
• Build tooling to diagnose production environment health and remediation.
