Formación

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years practice.
• Experience delivering system design, development and operational stability.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go; strong cloud and IaC skills.

• Executes creative software solutions and troubleshooting across complex problems.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers' work.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation and value.
• Automates remediation of recurring issues to improve stability.
• Leads cloud implementations with end-to-end automation and monitoring.
