Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience leading using AI-assisted software development tools and setting team expectations.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI in engineering workflows and secure handling.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Practical cloud-native experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews/debugs code written by others.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation to improve operational stability.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across the team with secure validation standards.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value.
• Builds drop-in, AI-native components with automated upgrades for enterprise adoption.
• Leads communities of practice to promote new technologies and shared frameworks.
