Job description

Location: Wayne, PA (100% Telecommuting Permitted)

Description of work to be performed:

1. Develop features and improvements to the Radian products in a secure, well-tested, and performant manner.
2. Collaborate with product management and stakeholders (Backend, UX, etc.) to iterate on new features.
3. Write code adhering to internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for high-scale web environments.
4. Maintain and promote standards through code reviews.
5. Mentor all Software Engineers on the team to support their growth and remove blockers.
6. Establish and improve internal standards for architecture, style, maintainability, and best practices.
7. Drive team innovation, experiment, and confront complex problems boldly.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
9. Deliver high-quality, standardized, secure, and performant code for the benefit of Radian and its customers.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 10 years of progressively responsible related experience.
3. Professional experience with Angular, React, ASP.NET, Java, C#, or Node.js.
4. Understanding of DevOps processes and technologies like Serverless and Kubernetes (8+ years).
