We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where user experience is just as important as technical performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of scalable full-stack applications, primarily using .NET Core, C#, React, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver polished, intuitive user interfaces—especially for retail automation and marketing intelligence platforms like Merlin.
• Strike the balance between clean, maintainable backend architecture and thoughtful front-end experiences that don’t feel built just for devs.
• Play a hands-on role in shaping software architecture and mentoring junior engineers.
• Maintain awareness of UI/UX best practices, with a strong appreciation for simplicity, usability, and design intent.
• Navigate and refactor some legacy systems (.NET Framework 4.x) while driving modernization efforts with .NET Core.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, SQL, and React (Angular familiarity a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to build and support intuitive UIs with strong attention to user experience.
• A strong understanding of software architecture, API design, and front-end/back-end integration.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams with cross-functional collaborators (Design, Product, QA).
• Prior experience in advertising tech, retail automation, or data-rich applications is a plus.
