• MS in EE/CS/Applied Math with 3+ yrs experience or PhD.
• Strong grounding in computational electromagnetics and circuit theory.
• Proficient in C++ for performance‑critical software.
• Experience developing and maintaining electromagnetic field solvers.
• Working knowledge of SI, PI, EMI and EMC.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field + 3 years experience OR PhD + 0 years
• Strong foundation in computational electromagnetics and circuit theory
• Proficiency in C++ with experience in performance‑critical software development
• Experience developing and maintaining electromagnetic field solvers
• Working knowledge of signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), electromagnetic interference (EMI), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)

The annual salary range for California is $114,800 to $213,200. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
