Job summary

Cisco seeks a senior leader to build and guide a high-performing organization of 14 direct reports, establishing clear expectations for accountability, performance, and career growth. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Common Criteria and EUCC portfolio, ensuring timely evaluations and certifications across products.

You will prioritize portfolio sequencing based on business impact, technical feasibility, and regulatory timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people management or organizational leadership within a technical environment.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10 direct reports, including performance management and resource allocation.
• Consistent track record of leading complex technical programs or portfolios from intake through delivery.
• Experience working with external vendors, laboratories, or regulatory bodies to meet compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of Common Criteria (CC), EUCC, or European national cybersecurity certification schemes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical risks and tradeoffs to executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience building inclusive team cultures and managing conflict within technical organizations.
• Ability to translate changing regulatory requirements into actionable product and staffing plans.

• East Coast location preferred
