Job summary

DTCC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Analyst to lead analysis, integration, and support for critical enterprise technology solutions. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and coordinate delivery of complex initiatives.

The role involves leading system integrations, enhancing performance and security, and supporting modernization efforts across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Any Engineering field, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology platforms, systems integration, or related roles.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, system enhancements, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Experience working through SDLC using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of IAM, authentication technologies, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and support of enterprise applications, system integrations, and technology platforms.
• Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into detailed system specifications and implementation requirements.
• Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements for performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams on solution design.
• Coordinate system integration efforts involving APIs, IAM platforms, and third-party apps.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflow diagrams, and technical artifacts.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support authentication, MFA, passwordless authentication, and security initiatives.
• Troubleshoot system issues, validate fixes, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Use monitoring and reporting tools for system health and performance.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and support teams for testing, deployment, and implementation.
• Support modernization and digital transformation across enterprise environments.

The Impact You Will Have in This Role

Lead the analysis, integration, implementation, and support of enterprise technology solutions and business-critical systems. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate system capabilities, support solution design, and coordinate delivery activities. Provide leadership across complex technology initiatives involving enterprise applications, system integrations, identity and access management solutions, and process modernization efforts while ensuring systems meet functional, operational, security, and performance requirements.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and support of enterprise applications, system integrations, and technology platforms.
• Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications and implementation requirements.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve performance, security, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
• Support solution design activities by collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Lead and coordinate system integration efforts involving APIs, databases, Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflow diagrams, system documentation, and technical artifacts.
• Perform systems analysis to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support authentication, identity verification, MFA, passwordless authentication, and security-related technology initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues, validating fixes, and supporting root-cause analysis activities.
• Utilize monitoring and reporting tools to support system health, performance analysis, and operational oversight.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and support teams to ensure successful testing, deployment, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Support system modernization and digital transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Any Engineering field (Mechanical, IT, CS), Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology platforms, systems integration, business systems analysis, application implementation, or related technology roles.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, system enhancements, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Experience working throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication technologies, APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with enterprise application integrations, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working within banking, financial services, risk, compliance, or regulatory environments.
